Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent will be part of the Sales Support Team and will play a key role in supporting customers, sales operations, and technical-commercial processes across Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Key Accountabilities
- Handle customer inquiries and evaluate application requirements.
- Develop customer proposals, including pump sizing, spare part matching, outsourcing accessories, costing, and pricing.
- Engage customers through phone and email to follow up on quotations and technical clarifications.
- Act as the single point of contact for technical and commercial clarifications with customers, contractors, resellers, and agents.
- Support the Sales Manager in tracking, analyzing, and reporting quotation activities; contribute to the monthly reporting process.
- Conduct contract reviews before order entry to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Liaise with customers to resolve unclear specifications or requirements.
- Assist the Order Administration team with sales order creation, procurement, shipment coordination, and communication until delivery.
- Undergo training to eventually conduct product and application training sessions for end-users.
Requirements
Diploma in any disciplineProficiency in MS Office 365 is essential, with strong working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables and lookup functions).Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc
