Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage sales support activities including contracts, relocations, service requests, and promotional materials.
• Serve as the main contact for small and medium-sized accounts, handling queries and coordinating with internal teams.
• Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and confidential documents with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare internal memos for trade deals, discounts, and promotional launches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while supporting daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
