Sales Support Executive
Responsibilities
- Manage sales support activities including contracts, relocations, service requests, and promotional materials.
- Serve as the main contact for small and medium-sized accounts, handling queries and coordinating with internal teams.
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and confidential documents with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare internal memos for trade deals, discounts, and promotional launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while supporting daily operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must-Have :
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels (GCE ‘N’ Levels may be considered).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High initiative, meticulous, and detail-oriented.Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Professional and discreet in handling confidential matters.Good-to-Have :
