Duties and Responsibilities
Promote safety and quality education and awareness across various departments in NSM by supporting the organizing of Staff & Contractor Engagement efforts through Safety & Quality Workshops, monthly Safety Protected Time (SPT), bi-weekly Safety & Quality Talk (SQ Talk), yearly Staff Safety & Quality Engagement (Safety Day and Safety Night) and quarterly Contractor Safety Engagement etc.
1. Send meeting invites and book venues for Safety, Quality, Training & Maintenance Operations (SQTM) department-related meetings, activities and events.
2. Craft and send out NSM Communication Letters for SQTM related activities and events.
3. Raise and follow-through on e-paperwork in Ariba, SAP etc for SQTM organized activities and events.
4. Work with departments to compile attendance and awards recipient register for SQTM organized activities and events.
5. Coordinate and execute SQTM organized activities and events including logistics arrangements.
6. Participate and assist in all SQTM organized activities and events
7. Maintenance and filing of attendance and award winners register, e-paperwork etc for SQTM organized meetings, activities and events.
8. Tracking of Gemba Walk, Gemba Walk+, safety observations and open reporting.
Others :
1. Support Head of Department (HOD) in delivering the SQTM Office objectives and work plan.
2. Perform secretariat role including preparation of presentation materials for safety and quality related meetings.
3. Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned and directed by HOD.
