M&E Coordinator - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Work Location : Various project sites across Singapore (report directly to site from home)

Working Hours : 5.5 days per week

Salary : Up to SGD 4,800 per month + Variable Bonus (VB)

1. Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all M&E works and installation activities on-site.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure proper execution of works.
• Plan and track progress of M&E works to meet project schedules.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on site progress, challenges, and risk mitigation measures.
