Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Arrange schedule dates and liaise with Vendors / Clients and Sales Team to ensure orders and delivery schedules are on time
- Provide day to day administration support eg. follow up on customers' enquires and quotations
- Monitor job process to ensure timely completion of job and collection of payment
- Prepare Quotations, Delivery Orders, Contracts, Purchase Orders and Invoices with accuracy
- Follow-up on outstanding jobs and perform call back to customers if necessary
- Perform general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
- Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in the relevant fieldMS Office proficient (Word, Excel)Meticulous, independent and fast learnerMust be able to work in a fast pace enviromentMust be able to meet tight deadlinesOther Information :
