IoT Field Engineer

Location : Based in Singapore (Required to travel)

This role is critical in deploying, managing, and optimizing our proprietary IoT hardware and AI-driven maintenance solutions at challenging sites, including manufacturing, shipping, oil & gas, and more. You will ensure that our field deployments operate smoothly, enabling uninterrupted data collection and analysis.

As an IoT Engineer, you will be the face of our company at client locations, responsible for the installation of our products and providing on-site support. Your role requires a blend of technical prowess and customer service skills to ensure the successful setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our solutions, while fostering positive client relationships and technical reliability.

As part of our IoT, AI, and Data Analytics team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a talented, international team to deliver industrial-grade solutions that drive cognitive maintenance, machine health monitoring, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Project Coordination

• Plan and execute IoT hardware deployments tailored to client site requirements.
• Perform on-site installation and configuration of our software and hardware solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Product, Sales) to ensure smooth installation, integration, and commissioning of devices.
