Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and key growth segments
- Build and expand a strong sales pipeline by developing relationships with potential clients
- Drive conversion of leads into new customers and consistently achieve regional sales targets
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships through proactive account management and solution-based engagement
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product utilization
- Respond to client requests promptly and ensure consistent service delivery
- Continuously improve understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and administrative tools as required
Requirements
Over 3 years of solid sales experience working with international clients and partnersStrong passion for the maritime, transport, and logistics industriesBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural business environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilitiesHighly proactive, results-driven, and resourceful in achieving targetsStrong analytical thinking with a strategic approach to market developmentExceptional planning, time management, and organizational skillsProficient in writing and speaking; additional languages would be an advantageTell employers what skills you have
