As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties :
Partner with HODs on manpower planning, including reviewing current manpower inventory and forecasting future needs to generate meaningful insights and drive actionable outcomes.
Manage the full spectrum of talent acquisition, including seeking manpower requisition approvals, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing salary proposals, and extending offers.
Communicate and advise on HR policies, ensure management practices align with guidelines and regulatory requirements, and regularly review and improve workflow processes and procedures.
Prepare and provide manpower data analysis reports to stakeholders, such as hiring reports, attrition and retention reports, and absence and leave reports.
Oversee all onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare reports and documents to support relevant departments.
Manage all HR operational matters for assigned departments, with support from Shared Services where applicable.
Assist the Reporting Officer in conducting process analysis initiatives and propose solutions to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Undertake any additional HR projects as assigned.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
