About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our property development projects in Phnom Penh. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring feasibility, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Oversight
- Lead and manage property development projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, implementation, and progress monitoring.
2. Project Pricing & Feasibility Analysis
Develop and maintain detailed project price lists based on market data, material costs, and labor rates.Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate financial viability and identify potential risks.Provide accurate and updated pricing and feasibility data to support management decisions.3. Budgeting & Cost Control
Manage and monitor project budgets, promptly identifying variances.Collaborate with the finance team to prepare reports and forecasts.Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.4. Resource Allocation & Team Coordination
Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project milestones.Work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to optimize workflows.Support and guide teams to ensure operational effectiveness.5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, architects, and authorities.Lead vendor selection and negotiation processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.Resolve project issues promptly and professionally.6. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws.Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and control measures.7. Process Improvement & Reporting
Continuously enhance operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.Prepare periodic reports on project feasibility, pricing, and financial performance.Maintain organized project documentation for transparency and audit readiness.Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or Business Administration .At least 5 years of experience in property development, including 3 years in a management role .Proven ability to lead end-to-end development projects and manage budgets effectively.Strong analytical skills in feasibility studies , project pricing , and cost management .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and Chinese (for liaising with Chinese clients).Willing to be based overseas (Phnom Penh, Cambodia) .Why Join Us?
