Roles & Responsibilities
Duties
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience
- Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services
- Perform opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS for daily cash reconciliation
- Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or products
- Perform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Conduct bag search in accordance to SOP and ensure compliance to security standards dictated by the management and Airport police
- Responsible for store cleanliness and image
- Any other duties as assigned by management

Familiarity with POS system will be on an added advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsTeam playerAbility to converse in basic EnglishAble to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).Able to carry up to 25kg luggageSingaporean Only6 days work weekFixed shiftMorning : 6.50am - 3.10pm
Afternoon : 2.40pm - 11pm
Night : 10.45pm - 7.05am
