We are seeking experienced individuals to join our food and beverage team as Senior Supervisor / Supervisor. Salary varies depending on working experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the service crew to ensure duties are performed responsibly and in compliance with established guidelines.
- Monitor and uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and beverage preparation, maintaining established standards.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor supply usage, and plan / propose replenishment orders to ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety and hygiene regulations in compliance with company policies and relevant health standards.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead roleStrong leadership and problem solving skillsExperience in a restaurant environmentGood knowledge of restaurant systemsAble to work 5.5 days a week and on weekends and public holidaysValid Food Hygiene Certification is a requisiteTell employers what skills you have
