Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and applications
• Provide technical insights during sales discussions to support solution selling.
• Develop and plan multiple sales channels. Eg. online marketing, live broadcast;
