Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Familiarity with Power BI is a plus Comfortable with digital tools and open to learning finance automation platforms Strong attention to detail, independence, and team collaboration skills Exposure to diverse finance operations across industries Training and development opportunities in digital finance tools A collaborative and supportive work culture Flexible work arrangements Opportunities for career advancement within the company
OutsourcingWise is looking for capable and detail-oriented individuals with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to real-world finance operations supporting clients across ministries, public agencies, and private sector organizations in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle statutory and management reporting tasks
- Perform bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial close activities
- Support the preparation of financial statements and client reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables
- Adapt to and utilize finance automation tools (e.g., SAP environment)
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
