Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Established in 1997, Mastereign Enrichment has been serving more than a million youths and adults in over 300 government schools. ADMIN / CLERICAL ASSISTANT / TEACHER ASSISTANT TO BE PLACED IN PRI / SEC SCHOOLS (Singapore)

Responsibilities :

General Duties of a Admin Assistant

  • Assist in typing, photocopying and printing of test / exam papers, worksheets, posters, flyer, booklets etc.
  • Assist in data entry (e.g. Updating of data bases – pupils particulars, marks / grades, PFT results, school-based surveys)
  • Collation & dissemination of materials to staff & pupils.
  • Assist in monitoring pupils’ daily attendance and follow up on absentees
  • Assist in stock taking, contact supplier for servicing of equipments, handle receipts of goods / services delivery.
  • Assist in resources inventory (i.e. Tracking of resources such as AVA, Media Resource, PA systems, IT equipments, Teachers’ and Departmental teaching resources)
  • Assist to contact parents of pupils who are unwell and making appointments for teachers with parents
  • Assist in calling parents, making appointments / corresponding with parents etc
  • Assist in organising school outings, taking attendances, collating consent forms etc.
  • Assist in setting up equipments (projector, audio equipment, PCs in science lab, AVA , ITR, hall etc)
  • Assist in laboratories (e.g. Science, language, computer room), workshops, art & crafts & other special room
  • Assist in library and staff resource room (e.g serve as Librarian assistant, look after students in library, organise and conduct library programmes)

Any other duties as and when assigned by reporting officer

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ‘N’ Level or ‘O” Level
  • 5 day week, Mon to Fri 9am to 6.30pm
  • Only Singaporeans / PRs can apply
