Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Assistant Manager,Healthcare

What you'll be

doing

Support the Head

of Department in implementing WSH programmes

Liaise with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

coordinators from various departments to ensure compliance and

reporting

Partner with internal stakeholders

on design-for-safety initiatives and construction-related

activities, including reviewing risk assessments and permits to

work

Maintain risk registry and ensure

compliance with MOM regulations and other relevant

standards

Conduct in-house WSH training,

workshops, and promotion activities to raise awareness and drive

safety culture

Monitor and review WSH

performance, recommending improvements to processes and

practices

What

we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree

2 - 3 years of

similar working experience

Registered as a

Workplace Safety & Health Officer

Proven

track record in implementing and monitoring WSH protocols,

preferably in a healthcare or healthcare-related field

Familiarity with safety or quality certification

programmes such as ISO and safety / health management

systems

Strong communication and interpersonal

skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all

levels

Highly motivated, action-oriented team

player with strong planning, analytical, and critical thinking

skills

Resilient, adaptable to change, and

able to perform in a fast-paced

environment
