Operations Executive (Shipping Documentation / Air Waybills / Bills of Lading)

Job descriptionPrepare and process international shipping documentation, including import / export permits, Air Waybills (AWB), and Bills of Lading (BL). Monitor and track the status of import and export shipments from origin to destination. Ensure all operational documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations. Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred. Comprehensive training will be provided Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only. - Location : Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working hours : 5.5 days a week, Monday - Friday - 9am -6pm / ALTERNATE SATURDAYS 9am -1pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent
