Shipping Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating import and export activities, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth end-to-end shipping operations in compliance with trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily shipping operations, including import and export activities.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice, Customs permits, etc.).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant authorities to ensure timely shipment and clearance.
• Monitor cargo status, resolve delays, and provide shipment updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and freight cost reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance shipping and logistics efficiency.
