Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Conduct business development activities to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed), networking, and referrals.
- Match candidates to job opportunities based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labour laws, and employment regulations in Singapore.
- Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines for foreign hiring (e.g., EP, SP, WP).
- Provide insights on competitive hiring practices and talent availability.
- Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly targets for placements, client acquisitions, and revenue.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and job orders.
- Any other tasks as directed.
Recruiter Requirements :
Diploma in human resources.The ability to conduct different types of interviews.Experience with recruitment processes and databases.The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.Excellent communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Good decision-making skills.A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.Tell employers what skills you have
