About the role

Join the dynamic Talent Blaze Pte Ltd team as a Recruitment Consultant and play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent for our diverse client base. As a full-time Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Our office at central region area near MRT station .

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and winning new clients
• Negotiating terms of business and contracts
• Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their vision and culture
• Champion candidates, guiding them toward life-changing opportunities
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to drive growth and innovation
• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress updates to clients
• Continuously expand your industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with recruitment trends
