Roles & Responsibilities

• Process corporate action events for Singapore and foreign markets accurately and on time.
• Ensure smooth daily operations in line with Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
• Respond to internal and external customer queries promptly.
• Adhere to established procedures, control guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Support ad-hoc assignments and initiatives as required.
