Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and internal compliance policies.
• Manage legal templates and maintain the contract database.
• Provide corporate secretarial support, liaising with auditors, Company Secretary, and other external parties.
• Support internal and external communications, including proofreading newsletters, speeches, letters, and press releases.
• Assist with audit and compliance matters.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments.
• Coordinate and plan staff trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
