About the Role
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to grow our client base and strengthen relationships with employers and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, outreach, and networking.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (recruitment / HR tech experience a plus).Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Proactive, resilient, and comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.Strong team player with good business acumen and growth mindset.
