Job descriptionDevelop and present compelling design concepts, including mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings . Clearly communicate how design solutions enhance functionality and aesthetics. Identify client needs and present tailored design solutions to drive sales. Convert prospects into clients and meet or exceed sales targets through effective follow-ups and relationship-building . Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and industry innovations . Educate clients on product selections, ensuring recommendations match their style and budget. Oversee projects from concept to completion , ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to maintain design integrity and smooth execution. Deliver exceptional service throughout the design process, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities. Cultivate strong connections within the interior design and renovation industry. ️ Passion for interior design and sales ️ Strong communication & presentation skills ️ Ability to balance creativity with sales-driven results ️ Experience in residential and / or commercial interior design ️ Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools) ️ Monthly allowances and commissions ️ Leave and medical benefits ️ Flexible working hours ️ Sales support

Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Design Solutions Executive to join our team. This role blends creative interior design expertise with strong sales acumen , helping clients transform their spaces while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to turn client consultations into successful projects.
