As an Associate Director, you'll manage a diverse and challenging caseload, focusing on complex family law matters and civil litigation. You'll work closely with senior partners, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute significantly to the firm's strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex family law and civil litigation cases including court appearances and alternative dispute resolution.
• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and settlement agreements.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and paralegals, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
