Ensure HR systems comply with requirements.Propose and implement process improvements.Run Compensation & Benefits Analytics :
Analyze HR data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.Performance Management :
Develop and implement organization-wide performance policies.Support managers in communicating performance goals.Compensation Management :
Assist in designing and implementing compensation exercises.Core Requirements :
Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience :
