Job

Summary

The successful candidate

will be responsible for the overall supermarket operations through

effective execution of operational policies and procedures to

maximise sales and profit in order to achieve overall business

goals and objectives.

Key

Responsibilities

Achieve budgeted sales and profit through effective and

efficient management of the supermarket by adhering to the

established Operational Policies and Procedures.

Manage cost through the use of productivity tools and

measurements to optimise efficiency.

Manage

shrinkage within the company's benchmark

Achieve the targeted Customer Service Standards in order

to meet and exceed the customers' expectations.

Ensure Food Safety Systems and Procedures are strictly

complied with throughout the store and meet statutory

requirement.

Provide appropriate coaching and

support to the team to develop a high performance

team.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in retail

industry.

Good understanding in retail

operations.
