Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Executive [Outdoor / B2B Sales]
  • Work Location : Toh Guan Road (Near to Jurong East MRT)
  • Working hours : Mon - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary Range : $ 2,600 to S$ 3,000 + Transport & Phone allowance
  • Industry : Packaging - Focus on Crating [Wooden Crates]

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow the company’s client base.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead Generation : Conduct market research and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations : Present the company’s packaging solutions and products to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Handle negotiations with clients, close sales deals, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Account Management : Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring regular contact and support for their packaging needs.
  • Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide relevant feedback and recommendations.
  • Sales Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

    • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • With 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
  • With Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • With class 3 & possess own transport is an advantage.
