- Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee company administrative & operations (co insurance,IT vendor setup, office building matters, bills etc).
Manage warehousing operations, shipments coordination with appointed haulierand stocktake.
Coordinate and support the recruitment process including job postings, screening,interview scheduling, and candidate communications. Prepare offer letters,
employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Manage ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Requirements
Minimum GCE O- Level / Diploma in any fields.Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative or personal assistant rolesSelf-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented is preferred.Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.Only Singaporean.Tell employers what skills you have
