Roles & Responsibilities

Location : CT Hub, 2 Kallang Avenue

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Personal Assistant to support senior management in daily operations and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate showroom logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle and organize paperwork and documentation following client meetings.
  • Support senior management with meeting arrangements , including scheduling, logistics, and preparation.
  • Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (clients, mall management, vendors) in a professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with different stakeholders.
  • Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in administrative support is an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and confident in both English and Mandarin communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
