About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
Lead Generation Specialist with a deep
understanding of financial markets ,
particularly CFDs and online trading
platforms , to help grow our client
base.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your role
includes systematically identifying and profiling
high-potential leads who are likely to become active
CFD traders. This process involves research, data filtering, and
tactical social engagement across multiple platforms :
Platform-Specific Research & Prospecting (like WeChat, Weibo,
Zhihu, LinkedIn, X, Telegram and
Discord).
Key
Responsibilities
Research and identify qualified prospects across social
platforms
Initiate and nurture conversations
with potential leads via DMs, comments, and thought-leadership
engagement.
Qualify leads based on trading
experience, interest level, and deposit capacity.
Maintain and update CRM with lead activity, notes, and
pipeline stages.
Collaborate closely with the
Sales Management team to hand off warm leads for
onboarding.
Stay informed on CFD / FX trends and
competitors to identify new angles and hooks for
outreach.
Requirements
1-3 years' experience in a
sales, lead generation, or business development role (experience in
the CFD / FX / Fintech space is a strong
advantage).
Excellent communication skills
(written and verbal) with fluency in English and in
IS A MUST.
Deep
familiarity with LinkedIn and X as social selling tools (experience
with Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, Taplio, or similar is a
bonus).
Understanding of the financial trading
ecosystem, including retail traders, platforms, leverage, and
common instruments (indices, forex, commodities,
crypto).
Familiarity with CRMs and outreach
tool experience (e.g.,HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel
tracking)
Nice to
