The Commis / Demi Chef / Chef De Partie works with a dynamic team of kitchen staff in preparing and cooking ingredients at all sections of kitchen for a vibrant trendy cafe that serves light and main western dishes.

Job Scope
- Preparing & cooking ingredients to maintain quality cuisine (Western Food)
- Monitoring stock, stock rotation for smooth kitchen operations
- Learning skills & recipes from team members & applying them
- Keeping all working areas clean & tidy to ensure good safety & sanitation
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures & maintain high service standards
