• Salary : $2,800 - $3,200

Responsibilities :

Safety & Health : Adhere to and promote workplace safety, following OSH guidelines and safe work methods.

Report and assist in incident investigations when required.

Vessel & Logistics Coordination : Monitor vessel movements via Portnet & JP online system and coordinate with shipping agents.

Liaise with customers and plant operators on order status and loading schedules.

Driver & Fleet Management : Plan, assign, and monitor driver deployments to meet delivery KPIs.

Track driver progress using GPS tracking systems and ensure adherence to routes.

Manage a fleet of Prime Movers and drivers, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Documentation & Customer Service : Prepare and verify shipping documents via Portnet & Jurong Port online systems .

Process delivery receipts / proof of delivery (POD) within required lead times.

Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly.

Administrative & Emergency Duties : Verify and reconcile driver trip records post-job completion.

Handle urgent delivery requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Provide 24 / 7 on-call support (rotational basis) for operational emergencies.
