Roles & Responsibilities

Industry : Transportation

Location : Loyang

Work Days : 5.5 days / week

Job Scope :

  • Provide general admin and clerical support
  • Handle data entry, filing, delivery documents, and reports
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and vendors
  • Manage office supplies and support basic HR / admin tasks
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of admin experience preferred, ideally in transport
  • Proficient in MS Office, good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
