Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, mixed development, healthcare and infrastructure etc.
• To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities' requirements and standards.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and / or authorities compliance problems.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.
• Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members.
