Dry Bulk Operations Executive (Ship Broker) - D13 Macpherson, Braddell, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Handle daily operations of 9–10 dry bulk vessels.
• Monitor vessel positions, performance, and ensure charterers’ voyage instructions are executed in line with Owners’ charter party agreements.
• Prepare hire statements for assigned vessels and coordinate with technical managers on hire deductions raised by charterers, as well as other operational matters.
• Maintain and update all operational records and documentation required by the operations team.
• Track and implement charter party updates and addendums as necessary.
• Review voyage reports and monitor vessel performance throughout the voyage.
• Handle documentation related to Bills of Lading (BLs) and Letters of Indemnity (LOIs).
• Process and settle invoices with both technical managers and charterers.
• Manage EU-ETS and FuelEU compliance matters, including liaising with charterers and providing guidance to vessel operators.
