Job description4+ years experience in blockchain / protocol engineering, with a strong foundation in high-performance software engineering. Deep proficiency in Rust; experience with GoLang and / or Solidity is a strong plus. Proven track record working with Ethereum (Eth) and Solana (Sol) blockchains. Strong understanding of consensus mechanisms, smart contract development, and blockchain security. Prior experience building systems with strict performance and reliability requirements. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and deliver under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in blockchain infrastructure for trading or market-making firms. Contributions to blockchain open-source projects. Familiarity with DeFi protocols and on-chain liquidity mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize blockchain infrastructure to support trading activities.
- Engineer high-performance, low-latency blockchain solutions with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Build and maintain smart contracts and protocol-level integrations on Ethereum and Solana.
- Work extensively with Rust, while also leveraging GoLang and Solidity as needed.
- Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and engineers to integrate blockchain solutions into trading strategies.
- Monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring robustness in production trading environments.
- Stay ahead of developments in blockchain protocols and DeFi ecosystems to identify trading opportunities.
