Senior Manager - Professional Services
Job Description & Requirements
- Master’s degree in HRM, Marketing, Sales or relevant fields.
- Should have at least 10+ years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Delivery Management & Resource Management.
- Must have at least 6 years of experience in SEA region.
- Good understanding of the ERP market in Singapore and neighbouring countries.
- Identifying and developing business opportunities with the new clients as well as strengthen the relationship with existing clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Manage the delivery cycle and monitor the process in order to provide related excellent client service.
- Collaborate with internal Practice Heads and develop solution-based proposals that generate demand and win clients / projects.
- Experience in hiring to set up highly effective teams for projects and support in coordination with Project Management Office.
- Responsible for the full hiring process, from business development to talent acquisition, placing SAP specialists across APAC markets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and client needs
