Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook menu items according to menu and standardsEnsure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand expectationsAssist with food prep, cutting, portioning, and platingMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stationsComply with food safety and hygiene standards at all timesSupport inventory checks and proper storage of ingredientsWork closely with kitchen team and service crew to ensure smooth operationsAssist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen suppliesPerform other kitchen-related duties as assignedRequirements :
Previous experience in a kitchen or F&B setting preferred (Japanese cuisine experience is a plus)Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Japanese culinary techniquesStrong teamwork and communication skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentWilling to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysBasic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safetyTerms & conditions applies.Tell employers what skills you have
