Are you passionate about solving problems, supporting people, and keeping technology running seamlessly? We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the go-to expert in ensuring our teams stay productive, connected, and future-ready.

What We’re Looking For :

Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT support or operations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, and modern applications.

What You’ll Do :

Be the first line of defense for user issues — resolve problems effectively and prevent them from recurring.

Manage and support IT equipment (laptops, mobiles, AV systems) to keep our operations smooth.

Play a key role in events by providing AV and IT support.

Contribute to our “cloud-first” strategy , driving adoption of Google Workspace (GWS) and related tools.

Collaborate with internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, Groupware) to test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

Support onboarding, configuration, and procurement to ensure colleagues have the tools they need.
