Architectural Coordinator / Senior Archi Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day running of project site.
• Coordinate, prepare and update architectural and structural 3D BIM.
• Implement and monitor work schedules according to master and detailed work programs.
• Attend site inspection conducted by client’s representatives / consultants.
• Conduct study of construction design to resolve technical issues in advance.
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies / problems at site.
• Liaise with sub-contractors.
• Conducting inspections / site walks to check on progress and work performance of sub-contractors.
• Ensure all materials used are approved, raise material requisition.
• Coordinate handing over of completed works.
• Assign works to workers as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements.
• Other duties assigned by the PD, PM.
