We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims efficiently and fairly, while maintaining a high standard of service to clients and stakeholders. You will liaise with policyholders, third-party claimants, legal and industry professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.

Responsibilities :

• Communicate and coordinate with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, loss adjusters, legal counsel, third-party claimants, affiliated companies, and other relevant stakeholders
• Provide training and guidance to support staff in their respective roles
• Handle and process insurance claims efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with service level agreements and established protocols
• Ensure timely and accurate setting and updating of claim reserves
• Support underwriters by identifying policy gaps and offering risk improvement insights discovered during the claims process
• Conduct site visits, attend MOM meetings, and perform on-site inspections as needed
• Perform periodic reviews of claim files to ensure proper documentation and progress
• Proactively pursue and follow up on recovery claims
• Undertake other ad hoc tasks or responsibilities as assigned
