Operations Executive - Air Export ( Changi Cargo Complex)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Execute / prepare documentation (Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, COO)
• Cargo Sorting and labeling
• Arrange Customs permit with 3PL vendors
• Update customer with flight details and POD for Door-to-Door shipments
• Send e-mail pre-alert to respective Overseas Partners and local Clients
• Follow up with Transporter for Pickup and Terminal transfer
• Require to lift / shift cartons for cargo labeling
• View physical cargo to determine if any re-packing is required
• Follow-up with carriers / co-loaders for any off-loading
