Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines. 1–3 years of relevant finance experience; prior experience in shipping or insurance industries is preferred. Good command of both Chinese and English, with ability to liaise with Chinese counterparts. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and Word skills. Familiar with accounting software; knowledge of Sage / SAP / Oracle is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in handling company accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review supporting documents for payment requests and assist in preparing daily payments.
- Maintain various financial ledgers and statistical records.
- Assist in month-end closing, including preparing bank reconciliations, AR / AP aging schedules, and basic financial reports.
- Assist in checking inter-company, related-party, and supplier account balances.
- Support the preparation of materials for annual audits of the company and its subsidiaries.
- Perform other routine tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
