What you will do :
- Oversee and assist in managing Telegram Collective’s social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok) with consistent, high-quality content output
- Support content strategy development and help execute posts, including fulfilling ad‑hoc social media requests
- Film, host, and edit video content optimized for engagement on Instagram and TikTok
- Plan and maintain filming and posting schedules, ensuring regular content uploads and a ready backlog of content
- Ideate and develop creative social media content ideas and video formats that are in line with trends and audience interests
- Collaborate closely with the Telegram team to amplify deals and cross‑platform initiatives
- Monitor content performance and provide insights to help improve engagement, views, shares, and follower growth
- Be a reliable point of contact for all social media‑related enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Learn to assist with client campaigns under supervision, supporting deadlines and deliverables
- Mentor and guide an intern, providing training in content creation, editing, and social media best practices
A successful candidate should have :
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in social media strategy and managementBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldAble to produce, create and edit short‑form content with tools such as CapCut or AdobeGood understanding of social media metrics and analyticsSelf‑motivated and proactive team player with a great sense of responsibility and ownershipExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organisation skillsProven track record of driving audience engagement and growth on social media platforms#J-18808-Ljbffr
