Job descriptionResponsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of materials / equipment from both local and overseas vendors. Commercial negotiation with vendors to meet budget Ensure on-time delivery of equipment, services rendered, spares as per contract agreement via different delivery terms. Ensure commercial paperwork is well documented Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing matter with vendors. Working closely with Internal and external stakeholders Update project progress & deliverables status Raising PO / Admin / Retrieving documents from vendors Responsible for purchasing mobilization items All other ad-hoc requirements as required Candidate should be very familiar with Chinese and / or Indonesian Markets and Vendors in order to achieve the best terms for the company.
