Admin cum HR Executive
- Working days : Monday - Friday
- Working hours : 9am-6pm
- Salary : $2800 to $3300 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Office Location : Bukit Batok
Requirements :
Requires minimum of 5 years of experience doing administrative and office management related works in the construction industr y.Training, upgrading and opportunity for growth is provided.Responsibilities :
This position reports directly to the CEO.All administrative works in the company and HR related responsibilitiesApplication of WP, SP, EP, coretrade, BCA and other HR related functionsLiaising with bank and financial institutions for company trade and financing facilitiesApplication for trade financingTimely reminder to CEO of loan installmentsIssuance of tax invoice and chasing of payment.Working hand in hand with the finance department to ensure all account related matters are in order.Well-versed in shipment procedures to carry out clearance of imports.WhatsApp : https : / / wa.me / 6591044149 (Shermaine)
