Outreach Program Executive (Social Work) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and perform outreach programs and interventions
• Conceptualize, propose and implement programs and activities to reach out or attract
• target groups
• Engage and manage volunteers in conducting programs and mentoring youths
• Cultivate a support network and build working relationships with relevant agencies
• and volunteers to ensure success of programs
• Facilitate intervention work for residents
• Build trust and instill positive values with residents
• Engage, mentor and counsel residents who reject formal activities so as to build
• rapport for future intervention
• Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with residents
• Build and engage social networks to identify opportunities for social services
• targeting youth in particular
• To undertake any other duties specified by Head of Home and / or senior management
