Roles & Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to identify business opportunities and develop new customer accounts in a designed channel through networking and cold calling to potential new clients. The incumbent will also be required to promote the company’s product and service to optimize sales volume and achieve sales revenue / profit’s goal.
Main Responsibilities :
- Bringing new business opportunities, Identify and solicit new leads and prospect through cold email, cold call, networking, and social selling.
- Prepare and conduct presentation proposals and contracts to potential customer.
- To submit progress weekly activity report and channel development to the immediate superior.
- To penetrate and increase distribution of all products to increase the potential maximizing for the profit.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, marketing, logistics) to provide the full spectrum and top customer experience
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years relevant operational and experiences in FMCG sales roles are preferred.Strong negotiation and good knowledge of the industry.Aptitude and Skills
Advanced understanding of basic office applications, including MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Requirements :
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clientsDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fieldAt least 2 years of sales experience in B2B environments, preferably in FMCGPossess a valid driving license with own vehicleRequires to travel locallyTell employers what skills you have
