Responsibilities
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including
depositing checks and preparing invoices.
Manage company budgets and maintain a systematic filing
system.
Prepare documents for accountants or
auditors and compile data for income tax returns.
Reconcile bank transactions, complete deposits, and issue
checks.
Provide administrative and some
accounting support to ensure efficient office
operations.
Assist the team with
organizational tasks and general administrative duties such as
filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
Other ad-hoc duties that may be
assigned.
